Education Teachers are using the Web to post online lessons for the traditional classroom and for online classrooms. There are some basic design issues involved with creating web-lessons that students will want to use and that are user-friendly for the students.
Share your thoughts and tips to other teachers who would like to create an effective online lesson for any age student. What are some features that make it effective? How about color, text placement and size, use of images, and overall look and feel to the lesson? How about navigation through the lesson? Share your knowledge about creating online lessons in any way you wish.

Education Presently, there is a huge gap in the availability of technological resources throughout the world. Access to digital information, such as the Internet, is vital for everyone, but is denied to many because of costs. The digital divide is not just between age groups but particularly between income levels of people. So many new, innovative educational models utilize technology in some way, but how can we ensure access to everyone? Not only in the United States, but in every country in the world, people need free access to information. This is the problem.
What are your thoughts about this digital divide throughout the world? How big of a problem is it? How could we provide free access to more people? How can equity in access to information be attained? Give your own story and/or cite sources to support your ideas.

The ISD process cannot only help solve education problems, but is a systems approach for solving other larger systems problems, such as world peace, human rights, and the environment.
